Whistleblower reporting point
PSC Elsene has established a reporting point for 'whistleblowers' in accordance with European and Belgian legislation. Employees and external parties such as suppliers and contractors have the opportunity to report violations of internal policies and procedures, laws and regulations, in a confidential manner.

Who can report?
Anyone, internal or external, who has a professional relationship with PSC Elsene or Sheltered Housing:
- Employees
- Volunteers
- Interns
- Self-employed workers
- Board members
- Employees of (sub)contractors
- Suppliers
- Job applicants
What can you report?
All information about:
- Actual or potential violations, including 'reasonable suspicions' of violations
- That have occurred or are very likely to occur within the organization
- And of which the reporter has knowledge within a work-related context
Examples of reports
Think of violations of policies or internal procedures, unethical behavior, failure to comply with legal obligations, etc.
